A 60 minute Acupuncture and Reiki session will follow to support nervous system regulation. Acupuncture stimulates specific points and reiki uses energy frequencies to shift the body from "fight or flight" to a more relaxed "rest and digest" state.

Beginning with Infrared Sauna to gently warm the body, the Infrared lightwaves encourage a deep sweat that assists in releasing heavy metals, chemicals and metabolic waste. A lymphatic drainage massage then follows which moves waste toward the lymph nodes to rid the body of toxins. The session finishes with compression boots which use sequential pneumatic compression to remove metabolic waste products and assist with blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.
