Floatation Therapy promotes deep relaxation and full body rejuvenation by floating or suspending the body in a warm Epsom salt solution within a quiet and dark space.

Free from external distractions, Float Therapy is a powerful tool that promotes health and wellness and can also assist with pain relief and improve sleep.

Unlike other floats, we provide a float tank, not a pod, which ensures those who experience anxiety within confined spaces or claustrophobia, are also able to enjoy this amazing therapy.

  • HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

You will shower on arrival before your session. Please remove all make up and make sure any wounds are well covered.  We ask that on the day of your appointment, you do not apply moisturiser, oils or fake tan. Please ensure any hair colour has been set for at least a week before treatment. While we refill the tank after each appointment, it’s important we keep the float tank pristine and free from any contamination for every guest.
